Cronicele albumului sunt pozitive. Astfel, soundul pieselor arata ca sunt realizate de un adevart hitmaker, care cel mai probabil este cel mai bun rapper din toate timpurile, apreciaza Billboard.
Pentru acest material, Jay Z a colaborat cu Pharell si Chad Hugo.
