A aparut videoclipul piesei "Give it 2 me", este al doilea videoclip al Madonnei de pe cel de-al 11-lea album de studio al artistei, "Hard Candy", dupa "4 minutes".

Muzica si versurile au fost compuse in colaborare cu rapper-ul Pharrell Williams (care apare si in clip) iar videoclipul a fost filmat in luna aprilie, la Londra, in regia fotografului de moda Tom Munro.
